Will you contact the recipient for delivery?

FIORELLA will contact the recipient of the delivery and estimated arrival time unless specified otherwise by the recipient or contributor.

Will my flowers be left if no one is home?

If the recipient or contributor can’t be contacted to receive florals FIORELLA will not leave them unattended to ensure quality and freshness aren't compromised.

Can I make changes to my order?

FIORELLA will accept changes that are placed up to 12 hours after the original order time.
